I love volunteering and giving my time back. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to serve on the many boards I have been a part of due to my schedule. I felt discouraged because volunteering is a major part of my life and then I found Class Living Society.

I was introduced to the volunteer organization a few years ago after we partnered to provide a self-defense demonstration with my business, Divas In Defense®. A few months later I sat on a panel with the founder, LaShanda Pitts and I knew I had to join. Class Living Society allows me to give back while building a sisterhood with women that have the passion for giving. We are able to select the volunteer opportunities that fit within our schedule (I am required to provide 8 hours per quarter. Totally doable even for someone as busy as me!) They also provide member perks like our book club, social outings, and our road trips. This year I attended the #GetontheBus road trip launch of our Savannah Chapter. We had the best time and provided toiletries and journals to Fresh Start Healing Hands for survivors of sex trafficking in Savannah. LaShanda is an amazing event designer and did not leave one detail out. View pictures from this great trip and why I love Classy Living Society.

The bus trip started at 6:30 am with a cute basket of treats for everyone on the bus.

Walking around Savannah on the search for seafood (it was so hot I did not get any good pics of us walking around the city. But I found a cute pink floor and my shoes were cute so here you go. Haha!
